Modules

For better planning and automation of activities (distribution, retail, services, production, internal planning, supplying necessary, etc.) myESP includes a module dedicated operation and management of orders that can interact with other modules or submodules, depending on the specific company's activity.

They distinguish the following main types of orders:


  • Client order (insert into the system under a contract, telephone order, e-mail, an online store offers, etc) and requires allocation, reservation or stock forecasting
  • Supplier Order (based on the supplied stocks required)
  • Production Order (depending on the activity of production may have a special structure)
  • Services Orders (are used for the activities that require occasional or repetitive services - manufacturing, auto service, etc.
  • Estimates Orders (used to estimate the tracking module works on the basis of contract and estimate of works which may contain materials, manipulations, machinery, cars, teams)
  • Internal orders (for internal assemblies, supplies of goods to establishments / products or materials and expendables goods, transfers, etc.)


Use of orders provides the ability to plan for a company and make predictions, estimates of needs for a period (week, month, quarter, etc.) aiming at such quantities, prices, delivery terms, etc.

To facilitate tracking and planning system based on commands are available sets of specific operations such as:

  • Orders suppliers automatic, manual or based on the evolution of sales


  • The automatic reception of order (content provider control over the reception, operator's job easier)


  • Automated Customer Invoice (take the client order content in the invoice issued)


  • Releases by order


  • Transfers by order


  • Producing by order


  • Estimates by order
