Modules
This module is functionally independent from other modules and can be used in an integrated system built myESP or can be used separately and is designed to provide support for managing human resources information on a company
The structure is composed of sub-module of HR-HR and Payroll submodule. Used together they provide sub-processing complex related to "human assets" of a company in real time.
Human Resources
1. Configurations
Are configurate the informations about the Company, the types of relationships with key staff and main involved in the calculation of percentages for taxes withheld from the employee and the company paid. Fields can be optimized by adding or removing according to law.
2. Personal - personal data management window (50 fields).
3. Forms and reports - is used for making templates for documents used in dealing with employees: pre-employment documents, employment contracts, certificates, additional documents, decisions, planning, job descriptions, etc. You can add and manage all types of documents, templates to be stored in the database. These templates are parameterized relative to the fields in the database, so that when selecting a document displays data stored parameters.

Remuneration
